All items are shipped out by Canada Post within 1-2 business days from the order date. You will receive a tracking number once the item is shipped. Receipts are emailed directly to you and not included in your collectif.

Return Policy: 

J Collectif will issue a full refund if the jewelry is returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Jewelry must be returned in new condition. If returned within 30 days, store credit will be issued. J Collectif inspects each piece of jewelry as it comes in to ensure quality.
